1. Acceptance of Terms

By using loadlyapp.com or the Loadly Android app you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them. Use is also subject to all applicable laws.

2. What Loadly Provides

The website publishes free articles and guides about freight and logistics. The Android app additionally shows freight listings collected from external sources and lets you contact the listing owner directly. Loadly is not a party to any agreement between shippers and carriers: it does not arrange transport, mediate contracts, or handle payments. All arrangements are made directly between the parties involved.

3. Accounts

Reading the website does not require an account; some features of the app do. If you create an account, you promise that the information you give is accurate and complete, that you will keep your sign-in details to yourself, and that you are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Rules of Use

When using Loadly you agree to follow these rules:

• Do not engage in any unlawful activity
• Respect the rights of other users
• Do not provide false or misleading information
• Do not harm or overload the technical infrastructure of Loadly
• Do not send spam, harassment or unsolicited messages
• Do not access other users’ account information without permission
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to Loadly’s systems or interfere with their security

5. Disclaimer of Liability

Loadly is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for indirect or consequential losses, or for the following:

• Informational content: articles are general information for educational purposes, and we do not guarantee that they are complete, current or suitable for your situation. Check official sources and get professional advice before making legal, customs, tax or business decisions.
• External listings: listings shown in the app come from third-party sources and are not verified by Loadly; the listing owner is responsible for their accuracy (price, weight, load type and so on).
• Contracts between parties: Loadly is not responsible for the content, performance or breach of any agreement between a shipper and a carrier.
• Damage, loss or delay during transport: the parties involved are responsible for it.
• Payments: no payments occur through Loadly, and Loadly is not responsible for payment obligations between parties.
• Identity verification: Loadly does not verify the identity of users or listing owners. Verifying the identity and authorization of the other party is your responsibility.
• Legal compliance: the parties are responsible for carrying out transport in accordance with all legal requirements.
• Service interruptions: Loadly is not responsible for losses caused by the website or app being unavailable for technical reasons.
• Force majeure: Loadly is not responsible for disruptions caused by natural disasters, war, pandemics, technical failures or similar events beyond its control.

6. Links, Advertising and Messaging

The following applies to third-party content and to communication through Loadly:

• The website links to third-party sites, such as official agencies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
• The website and app show ads served by Google. We do not endorse advertisers and are not responsible for their products or claims.
• Listings and messages you create must relate to freight and be accurate and lawful; you are responsible for their content.
• Misleading, insulting or illegal content may not be published.
• Loadly may remove inappropriate content.
• Loadly is not responsible for communication between listing owners and carriers.

7. Intellectual Property

The articles, design, brand and logo of Loadly are protected by intellectual property rights and belong to Loadly. You may share links to our pages and quote short excerpts with clear attribution and a link back; other copying, distribution or commercial use requires permission. Content that users upload remains theirs, and by publishing it on Loadly they grant Loadly the right to display it for the purpose of running the service.

8. Account Termination

Loadly may temporarily or permanently suspend accounts that violate these terms and will inform the user. You can delete your own account at any time from the Delete Account page. After deletion, some personal data may still be kept where legal retention obligations require it, as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably. If that is not possible, the laws of the Republic of Turkey apply and the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of the country where you live.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using Loadly after a change, you accept the updated terms.
