Privacy Policy

Loadly platform privacy policy.

Loadly is only a classifieds platform. The platform does not establish any brokerage, contract, or commercial relationship between shippers and carriers. Transportation, payment, and damage obligations are directly between the listing owner and the carrier. The platform accepts no liability arising from these obligations.

1. Overview

Loadly values the privacy of its users. This privacy policy explains how personal data collected, used, and protected through the Loadly platform is processed. By using the platform, you agree to the conditions stated in this policy.

2. Collected Data

The Loadly platform collects the following data:

  • Account information: Full name, email address, phone number, company name (optional), user role (shipper/driver)
  • Listing data: Created load listings, route information, date and location information
  • Communication data: Messages sent via the platform and conversation history
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, access times
  • Usage data: Platform interaction data, feature usage statistics
  • Mobile app (Android) data: if you grant location permission, your device location is used on-device (via Android Geocoder) to determine your country and subscribe you to that country's push-notification topic via Firebase Cloud Messaging — raw coordinates are never sent to or stored on Loadly's own servers. The app also holds a Firebase push-notification registration token (needed to deliver notifications to your device) and, if you accept ads, an advertising identifier used by Google AdMob.

Loadly does not process payment information or contract data. No payment transactions occur through the platform.

3. Use of Data

Collected personal data is used for the following purposes:

  • Account creation and user authentication
  • Providing services for creating, publishing, and managing listings
  • Providing messaging and communication capabilities between users
  • Operating route matching and load-driver matching features
  • Ensuring platform security, preventing fraud and abuse
  • Fulfilling legal obligations
  • Monitoring platform performance and improving user experience

Loadly does not use your personal data for payment processing purposes. No payment transactions occur through the platform.
